Nisha Malpani is a fellow member of the Institute of The Chartered Accountants of India with over 15 years of professional experience. Prior to practicing as a Proprietor in N Malpani & Associates, she had been associated with PwC as Senior Manager over 4 years. She has also served at KPMG, RSM & Co., Delloites for over 5 years priorto PwC.
Nisha is a Registered IP (Insolvency Professional) of IIIP ICAI (Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI) and IBBI (Insolvency and Bankruptcy board of India). She is also Registered Valuer of ICAI RVO (Registered Valuer Organisation of ICAI) and IBBI in Securities or Financial Assets. Professional Experience:
In her professional capacity, Nisha has been advising various large and medium Indian and multinational clients on matters pertaining to direct taxes-corporate and international assignment services, tax planning, tax representation and litigations, strategic structuring,regulatory and procedural matters.
Transactions Experience: Nisha has extensive experience in facilitating cross border transactions including merger of Indian operating companies of overseas parent. Due diligence assignments, consultancy on business acquisition and structuring of cross border mergers.
Dispute Resolution: Nisha has extensive experience in assisting several companies for their corporate tax litigation matters. She has represented clients as arguing counsel before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
